Against the backdrop of the accelerating global transition toward new energy and electric mobility, the Philippine Pavilion will make its appearance next year at CINEVE 2026 – China International New Energy Vehicle Technology, Parts and Services Exhibition, presenting the country’s growing potential and partnership opportunities across the new-energy vehicle value chain.

Mr. Glenn G. Peñaranda, Commercial Counselor of the Philippine Embassy presented the going global policy at CINEVE 2025
Date: March 13–16, 2026
Venue: Capital International Exhibition & Convention Center, Shunyi, Beijing, China
During CINEVE2026, the Pavilion will highlight three key themes:
Attractive Investment Destination: First, the Philippines is an attractive investment destination, supported by a large and youthful market and steady economic momentum.
Strategic Partner in Global NEV Supply Chain: Second, the country’s strengths in Green Metals, Electronics, Market, and Software (GEMS) position it as an important partner in the global new-energy vehicle supply chain.
Strong Policy Support for Energy Transition: Third, with the Philippine government’s strong commitment to the energy transition, investors can expect a comprehensive and well-structured policy framework that encourages and supports participation in emerging industries and the renewable energy sector.
Through clear and accessible displays, the Pavilion will highlight the Philippines’ demographic and economic strengths, its growing role in EV-related supply chains, and opportunities in green metals, electronics manufacturing, and digital mobility and software solutions.
The policy section outlines the national direction for EV development, accompanying incentives, and the broader environment supporting industrial upgrading.
QR-code downloads will be available for industry reports, media briefings, policy summaries, and background notes on the Philippines new-energy ecosystem.

The Philippine team will be on site to address inquiries, provide general investment guidance on the Philippines, and facilitate connections with Philippine business associations, industry partners, and relevant government agencies.
We cordially invite all visitors to visit the Philippine National Pavilion during CINEVE 2026 and explore opportunities in the Philippines’ new-energy sector.
