On March 13, 2026, as an important concurrent event of the "2026 China International New Energy Vehicle Technology, Parts, and Services Exhibition" (CINEVE 2026), five specialized investment and trade forums, hosted respectively by the Embassy of Mexico in China, China-Mexico Chamber of Commerce, Embassy of Pakistan in China, Embassy of Belgium in China, Flanders Investment & Trade, Embassy of the Philippines in China, and Embassy of Slovakia in China, were successfully held at the Capital International Exhibition & Convention Center, Shunyi, Beijing, China.

The exhibition venue was packed with attendees.


Focusing on global cooperation opportunities in the new energy vehicle industry chain, the event provided an efficient and practical platform for in-depth dialogue, enabling Chinese enterprises to actively engage in international capacity cooperation and expand into diverse markets.


1. Mexico: Industrial Complementarity, North American Strategic Hub

Supported by the Embassy of Mexico in China and the China-Mexico Chamber of Commerce (MEXCHAM), the Mexican National Pavilion made its debut at CINEVE 2026. The pavilion showcased Mexico's unique position as a North American strategic hub, the high degree of complementarity between the economies and industries of China and Mexico, and the growing international cooperation potential within the new energy vehicle industry chain.

Mexico's Trade Advantages: 

  • Market Share: In January 2026, Chinese brands sold nearly 15,000 units in Mexico, with a market share of 11.3%.

  • Electric Transformation: Mexico has joined the Global Memorandum of Understanding on Zero-Emission Medium- and Heavy-Duty Vehicles, committing to achieve 100% zero-emission sales of medium- and heavy-duty vehicles by 2040. Currently, 25 brands have launched over 60 electric commercial vehicle models in Mexico.

  • Export-Oriented: 75.7% of Mexico's automotive exports are directed to the U.S. market.

The Mexican delegation at this event brought together 10 renowned companies, covering sectors such as automotive parts, new energy materials, supply chain services, logistics, legal consulting, and industrial parks. Representatives from the embassy, business chambers, and enterprises were on-site to answer questions, providing practical support for Chinese companies to connect with local resources and interpret policies.


2. Philippines: Business Opportunities in Green Mobility and Related Industries


The purpose of this forum is to comprehensively showcase the development potential of the Philippines as a key partner in the global new energy vehicle supply chain. It aims to provide an in-depth understanding of policy support for energy transition and industrial cooperation opportunities, facilitating precise collaboration between China and the Philippines in the field of green mobility.
