AIT 2026 | D1 | Dongguan Is Ready to Drift This Year

From October 16 to 18, 2026, the AIT All In Tuning (High Performance Car Show In Dongguan) will once again be held together with the D1 Grand Prix International Drift Championship for the third consecutive year. Each year, the D1 competition continues to raise the bar and deliver a more exciting experience. This year, beyond its professional-level competition, D1 will introduce new formats and fresh experiences for drift enthusiasts.

On Chinese race tracks, D1 brings international standards and continuously challenges drivers to push their limits. The event will fully adopt the D1GP international competition rules, with judging criteria, scoring systems, and track specifications all aligned with global standards. For participating drivers competing in Dongguan, facing the unified D1GP international judging standards and competition requirements provides an important opportunity to test their true driving skills and competitive level.

In addition to the professionalism and excitement that D1 is known for, this year’s D1GP will introduce several new highlights.

Beyond the professional category, China will launch a high-standard and internationalized “D1 Rising Star Driver Selection Program” for the first time. At the same time, a dedicated recruitment program for the “Kids Drift Exhibition Race” will also be introduced. As a global drift competition platform, D1 aims to create a complete development pathway for young drivers, from entry-level participation to professional competition, helping make drifting a more accessible and popular motorsport.

Over the past three years, the D1 Grand Prix events in Dongguan have been held alongside the AIT Auto Modification Show. This combined model of an international motorsport event and a professional automotive exhibition has attracted large numbers of visitors to experience both the races and the exhibition. Through online platforms and extensive coverage from automotive influencers, the event has reached an even wider audience, allowing more people to discover, understand, and develop a passion for drift racing.
