On April 16, 2026, Zhejiang Yumi New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yumi New Materials") officially completed the full acquisition of the well-known automotive aftermarket brand "KEMAITU."
This acquisition includes brand ownership, intellectual property, channel systems, and related business assets, marking a key move in Yumi New Materials' strategic expansion into automotive window films, car covers, and high-end functional films.
As an authoritative platform for the entire automotive aftermarket industry chain, Yasn International has established a deep strategic partnership with Yumi New Materials. Building on this acquisition, both parties will collaborate across brand promotion, channel expansion, exhibition coordination, and store empowerment to jointly drive the high-quality development of the automotive functional film industry.
