Digital Chassis

Raysees Digital Chassis integrates all controllers into a CCU, featuring motion vector control, compact multi-phase motors, and a highly flexible skateboard platform for sedans, SUVs, and autonomous vehicles.

Product Features

Market Advantages:

  1. Integrates all chassis controllers into Raysees’ self-developed CCU, with a low-cost RDU controller enabling high system compatibility and gradual full-domain fusion.

  2. Motion vector control algorithm specifically designed for chassis control. By combining sensor data with extended Kalman filtering, it improves vehicle posture estimation, force distribution in X, Y, Z directions, and torque balancing—ideal for high-level autonomous driving.

  3. Self-developed compact multi-phase asynchronous motors optimize vehicle space utilization. With low ground clearance for the chassis and platform, the auxiliary motors are smaller than traditional motors and reduce costs by 30%, meeting rigid 4WD requirements in markets like Northern Europe.

Technical Challenges Overcome: Steering, braking, and driving performance controls are centralized in the CCU.

Application Results:

  1. High Expandability: Highly integrated skateboard chassis allows OEMs to develop vehicles of different types. The same chassis can support sedans or SUVs, with adjustable dimensions and components (length, width, wheelbase, motor, battery) for highly personalized and diverse models.

  2. Lower Cost: Integration and expandability reduce R&D cycles and costs, supporting rapid model iteration and customized consumer requirements while keeping production costs controlled through multi-component standardization.

  3. Optimized Interior Space: The flat, highly integrated chassis maximizes interior space without uneven platforms or complex body structures, eliminating issues like raised or uneven floors.
